how long does it take you from the beginning to show up in the first page of the google for your keywords? How many hours a day do you put on this project adding content, BL, etc.?

Thanks bobby, I asked because I'm currently using justhost. They banned me once because I didn't install wp-supercache and made their server "overloaded".
