With BackupBuddy you dont even need that plugin... You just create a model website with all the plugins and themes you use, then you back it up, upload to a new domain and clone it... Cant get faster than that

True but, I don't like duplicate sites. Everyone of my sites have a twist on them. I have code for thesis theme that can make those changes in about 5 to 10 minutes. Plus I build sites for small businesses and they want a site that is unique to them. I code with thesis or with atahualpa theme and I have the sites built in an hour. You can check out one of my sites at http://www.handstruckrepair.com. Charged $500 for that site with a $50 a month maintenance fee. Is pulling up #3 or #4 for panama city truck repair.

My list basically the same is most with variations depending on type of site. However i use to use backup buddy for cloning but i didnt like how u had to create a sql database first so i only ever use it to backup scheduler. for cloning skeleton pre configured based plugins and settings plus themes etc exactly then i use wp twin. hands down the best. do a fantastico install then add the clone.

Im using platinum seo over the all in one because it has more features but find it weird with the title and meta description settings not showing up in serps only the title in general settings show up. All in 1 works fine with that.

I dont use seo power. I use 'search terms 2 tag' plugin which i think is much better and is 1 of the original in what it does.

If you can build a website then you can get an offline client. Here is how:
#1 find a local business that just started up or that you have a relationship with.
#2 do some keyword research for their business. example.... "city name business type" find out how many searches.
#3 stop by and tell them that you want to help them get more customers in their door and would like to setup an appointment to see if you can help them. Set appt for later date.
#4 download jing screen capture. Take screen captures of the amount of searches that google says for the specific keyword. Screen captures of competition.
You can keep those screen capture files on your laptop if you have one or print it out and take with you as a presentation.
The presentation is about how many potential customers that they are losing by not having a website. You show them how many people are searching for their business and show them the competition. Tell them because you are a new business or because I have a relationship with you I am only going to charge you $250 for this site. Tell them this site would normally cost $500 or more and you want to help them promote their business. People love deals and they love for somebody to help them.
#5 Build your site with wordpress using the atahualpa theme and if not sure how to do it. Go to atahualpa theme forum and search or ask questions on how to make changes.
Install mappress plugin for showing their address and driving directions.
    Nextgen for displaying pictures.
all in one webmaster for getting site indexed in all 3 search engines quick.
    Google analytics
    xml sitemap
    contact form 7
