Thread: Help..i need to extract all emails in my Googlemail (uk) account

the emails are still in different Gmail accounts. (around 10k of them)
do u know how i can extract them into a csv file?
the gmail extraction option can only work if u have saved contacts..i just need a tool that can harvest all my gmail accounts for all the email addresses in it. do u know how i can do that?

don't think is possible if you don't have them added in your address book .. manual is the option... but to much time ... pay someone to do that for you

Are you trying to convert into csv format or just download the emails for backup? If the purpose is to download then you can set up an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, hook up all of your Gmail accounts to it using IMAP or POP3, and easily download all the emails.

i'm trying to convert them into csv format..then sort the duplicates out...then import them into an auto responder (no optin required)..then email them..any help on that?

Or can anyone in here show me how to grab them from thunderbird?

What I do is use Outlook to get all the emails from gmail and use this tool from outlook to extract them to cvs. It is an outlook plug-in

Choose IMAP or POP access and follow the instructions for the email client you want to use
