Yes good advice, my plan is to add maybe 5 more accounts and practice with building up the followers on those. Then I will look into getting a server and account creator.

You may think I'm crazy but my main site that I've been working on the last 6 months is not even monetised right now. I've been concentrating on developing a high quality site instead but it is slowly becoming an authority in it's niche. Have been approached by various schools and academies for participation on the site so eventually I will be able to make plenty charging for advertising on there. Also I get equipment sent to me for free now for review and I've been offered fully paid for vacations to travel around the world and write about various services on the site - so getting there.

Made no money from that site it's more of a love of mine hence my wish to look into another project for some cash on the side. Willing to put in the work, layout the initial costs and follow through so this is a serious consideration for me. Hence I really appreciate you laying out your business blueprint like that. It gives a very realistic indication of the work needed to become successful in that niche.

    Hope it helps.

I understand you absolutely. I have a main site. We all do, well most of us I guess. Something we started and keep that on a side. Even with money coming in from other sources. Not mixing balckhat or outsourced stuff with it. I still write articles for my first blog. It takes time to build quality and you want to have something where you can sign your real name. Similar to you, more for hobby in my case. Making some money with it but not much.
