Thread: 6 techniques to get tons of quality links

For the last couple of days i've been working and studying a lot on link building techniques and strategies. The sources of my study are from BHW, Google and some thinking effort. Certainly there will be some of you who know better than me and already know of these. Its just a share on personally what i think is easy and a solid way to get links.


Technique 1
So we all know of Angela and the quality of her links. But we donna how she really searches for this quality links. So i was going through a post of Angela in warrior forum and noticed she using a signature link and it was a article from her on GOArticles. I read her article and checked the PR and guess what, its PR 5. Went and checked her backlinks and it was 1900+ in backlinkwatch. So here is the URL of her article and check her backlinks and i am quite sure for most of the linking sites we could try too add our link as well.

Technique 2
Ok again Anglela , if you have noticed she usually uses the profile AngelaE8654. In Google with inverted commas search for her profile and you get 15000 results. But its obvious for not all sites you could place your link but for most of em you could.

Technique 3
A trick from Terry Kyle. His basic concept of gaining link is through forum profile links. How you do isUse roboform which is a addon from Mozilla (but actually i don't use it). Which allows you to autofill your registration process. Sign Up with the forum and place your link at Signatures, Homepage and profile messages. (Only sign up with forums that publicly allow you to access forum member profiles and threads). Dont go to post any comments coz you'll end up bieng a publicly known spammer, just copy your profile URL and start pinging and socialbookmarking the URL. (refer "Things to remember" at the end)Remember to check for Do follow forums. To check Dofollow or Nofollow use a plugin called SearchStatus for Mozilla.

How you could search for forums?

Method 1
Go to GoogleType a keywordClick on "Show Options"Click on" Forums"
Method 2

Go to GoogleType "powered by Vbulletin"+keyword
(You have a lot of forum software that you could use instead of "powered by Vbulletin". Check in

Technique 4
If your good at HTML. You could distribute blogger, wordpress templates and etc placing your link at the bottom or as hidden link. But always give credit to the original designer. Or else who knows you could itself create a template and giveaway. You could distribute templates having your own blog or site, add to forums, or simply go to Google and type "submit template". (you could also try "add" or any keyword that could do the work for you)=> (Sort of Link bait technique)


Technique 5
Suppose if your good at programming you probably would want to create your own small program and submit to 1000 software shareware/freeware directories (Sort of Link bait technique).Use promosoft to submit it to over 700 shareware directories.

Technique 6
Searching for Edu and Gov links to comment

Manipulate the above techniques in various ways to your understanding and requirement. Example you could also search for edu forums.



Things to remember
Link is a link. Dont only bother for niche links.Always use pingler or ping-o-matic after placing a link.Use Autro Social bookmarking softwares after placing your link.(The reason we are doing this is to have your link crawled quickly and also to have a quality link. I personally use Socialbot V4.1 which has around 88 social bookmarking sites. You could also use BMD or Senuke).


These are some techniques on my study and i don't want to post all of em at once and make you bored up. If there are some good response from you guys i would probably wanna have another thread on other techniques that i think is worth implementing.

I have a list of over 50 now that I continue to grow.

what is your most impressive result with these techniques? (in terms of rank vs. competition)what do you use instead of Roboform?the .edu and .gov blogs that are found are mostly no-follow. Do you still use them?

Lookign at some of them though I cant work out how the backlink was created. For instance the third one of angelas links for the goarticles article is from a comment on an article in the independant. However when I tried to do so using html coding it wrote the coding as well as the anchor, rather than creating a link.

What method is used to create those backlinks? BBC coding?
