About LinkBacksFor me, I am not going to do SEO for a dedicated service, but when I check all SEO Companies that rank in a better position, I found almost all of them are from India.
They did cheats on SEO, black hat, something that other people did not do, only to find they are better that what other people wrote quality articles.
So the conclustion is do evil when you are going to do SEO..

Its true that black hat techniques can make your PR increase but its not safe. If Google finds out, the site will be penalized. It is better to use white hat methods and be patient.

you are a bit right :)
most of the SEO companies of India are totally cheat. they don't even know what is ethical SEO. but not all!! some are very much dedicated. some are just not careful about the matter. so you can't say that they are not dedicated!
