Is it good to get pr3,4,5 (1000+ links) but it's from 1 domain only ?

Does it help ? Are they good backlinks ?

If you do this you will probably be sandboxed forever. You need to get links from a variety of web sites, not just one. And you have to build links not once, but at a reasonable rate over the life of your site.

No this can't help your website because links from the same domain count as only 1 and page Rank is also not distributed in them. Not even same domain if links are coming from the Same IP address then it can't much profitable for your website.
