Go to Hostm2.com they ignore everything ! Ive never recieved a single DMCA nor have i recieved a spam notice although i get around 100k Warez and download traffic to one of my sites. Till this day its been all good and i hope it stays that way.

yahoo hosting is good with private domian registration (i am sure they ignore complaints because i did a lot of spam with them and no problems)
