you could spam google. Because Google has become a crappy search engine. The more backlinks you add, the higher you will rank in google

if you search link building or SEO services, check first page's results and check their backlinks. do what they do and you will get higher for sure.

I'm not in the habit of giving away stuff for free. I look at it this way, which is worth more to you at the moment? Time or Money? Let's say you have a lot of free time. Use it. Do your own research and find the answers yourself. Yep, that takes a lot of time. On the other hand, let's say you have some extra money to spare, but not a lot of time. In that case, spend the money. Buy an ebook or other instructional course that will teach you what you want to know. Kind of like being on the fast-track. However, there really is no "fast-track" to success without you first taking ACTION.

Now, to answer your question. Yes, there are several methods to getting at the top of Google's search results (aka SERPs). I have one method that is a very closely guarded secret, one that I do NOT just give away, but it is VERY effective. Once you learn this method you'll be slapping yourself in the head, saying "why didn't I think of that!?" Because it's really quite out in the open yet overlooked by the masses.

This are very best superb techniques for getting best result in google pages. But for getting a link in google page number 1, you must have to work more and more continuously. Otherwise it will not giving a result in short time.

Get scrapebox, learn it, then go buy a list of 100K sites to spam. You will be on page 1 in 3 days. I know. I do it all the time.

Google is not a crappy search engine its people who make it look crappy by doing some illegal stuff on there.
