Is there any way to tell if a website is using a nulled version of vBulletin?

Report them, vBulletin team checks the site in their licence database and BINGO - the site vanishes (unless hosted on an offshore server)

Its too hard to find nulled version of vBulletin for us. But vBulletin team can find you very easily, and its too hard to make the site vanish. I see most of the people using nulled theme mainly for auto blog's. Do you think the owners of the theme doesn't know its a nulled version. How can they block the site.
