Thread: What do you do for domain parking?

So I've got about 100 domains and they all make "ok" revenue parked. I am wondering though if there is anyway to increase the revenue and traffic using some blackhat methods.

Please share what's worked, and what hasn't!

Well it depends on where you're parking them. Many programs differ site-to-site. It's best to shop around. There are some great templates Sedo.com offers that drive hard traffic in.

No effort, just park, pick a template and forget it. Then again you could also SEO each template, check your meta tags, your content, etc.

just use a mass website installer, there is many here,and put adsense on them
book mark them to get them indexed quick, use bookmarkingdeomon available here also, then forget them for while work on them more if you like the whole process won't take more than 3 hours

you'll be surprised at income generated that is a lot better than sedo or any parking

I have a few parked domains, that aren't making anything...was thinking about going solo...didn't know where to start. Thanks much for the tips...have a question though. Could you suggest the name of a 'website installer'...never used one, don't know exactly what I would be looking for?

I would also appreciate some more detailed info on this please. I have quite a few names sitting and not making ....well... anything. I ahve parked them in the past and the revenues were horrible. I am only making the parking companies money. It's a shame too - some are just wasted traffic, and at times I have redirected to a landing page I created for a lead gen system I wrote in .asp. But at this time I am not doing lead gen for those industries any longer and now I redirected all to another service of mine. However, I think if monetized correctly these should be collectively bringing me a good profit stream with adsense or affiliate clicks.

Where do I start to get the most out of this? I have been surfing the threads here and looking at everyones suggestions on scripts and tools. Especially everything offered by SEOsoft to build out niche sites rapidly.

What is the best way to start making revenue out of my portfolio? I have just about all the resources I could ever need as a hands on developer/designer - but apparently missing a vital step to actually monetize several hundred of these in the shortest amount of time. (I have maintained and acquired this portfolio for years) - with practically little or no effective monetization efforts to this point (sad but true) ....and its costing me a nice penny.

Can someone give the best advise? A-Z...?

It means with exception to me doing anything to jeopardize my portfolio from banning or losing names, I am willing to share residual incomes for someone to show me what kind of money can be made by monetizing this portfolio correctly.

Let me see ... 1000 (premium .com's) ..... covering a good few industries/niches

Even at the very minimal 10 cents per click rate...

Equation = 1 domain // 10 unique visitors/clicks per day = $1.00
x 1000 domains = $1000 per day.

I am not quite sure why I don't have this already. If anyone has the credentials to assist - I am open to partnerships.

I have 85 data servers - 4 collocations currently across the U.S.
I also have about 50 voice servers running our IVR and voice applications.

I know I am missing a few things ....otherwise I wouldn't be posting here and learning all the good infos in this forum - from people that are more experienced in this specific arena.

Sorry, I am not an expert on this but I want to do the same thing...anyway, I did find a post that may steer you in the right direction or simply give you all of the answers that you are looking for. I have found that sometimes just knowing the name of what you are looking for...is half the battle. For instance in 'yooozy' post he mentioned a few of the tools that can be used to create the sites that you need. And in another post I read that 'busin3ss' created an awesome mass installer...'YACG mass installer', who knows if you PM him he may be willing to give the link. Do you receive any traffic with those domains? How much traffic?

It is useless to try to monetize domains - even if they are premium if you do not receive any traffic to them.

In your calculation,you said that every domains receives 10 uniques per day, multiplied by 1000, this means you receive 10 000 uniques per day. Are these real numbers, or you just assumed? If there are real numbers, then it is impossible not to make at least 200$ per day using any parking companies of your choice.

I have about 500 domains, and about 300 of them are parked. I no longer park with a company though, I bought the domainzaar script. Its pretty cool and converts really well
