I use Hostgator Hosting
But it is Better to backup all your sites Weekly or Even 3 days is more secure
if your hosting ban your account means you can go for another account for easy..
My friends suggest me For lunarpages

i use the justhost, 5 autoblog is no very ok.

Be aware that Hostgator and some of the other less expensive sites will call you if your file count exceeds around 50,000 and possibly shut your site down if you don't make arrangements to quickly up your service level. That file limit hit can happen very quickly with autoblogging. That's why folks suggest the VPS type hosting. You'll have more capacity as those pages, posts and files creep up there and som ehosts have the flaxibility to automatically increase capacity and just bill you with no service interruption. A typical cheaper "unlimited" host will handle 6-10 smaller autoblogs for a while.
