What is the best template to use with Blogger?

What is the best template (out of all the options given when setting up a blog) to be able to monetize a blogger blog with adsense etc.?

i think you can try phpbb for making blog and for template we can search on Google

A blog can support to your main website,if you give free blog then you can get good effort in your
website.And its getting more traffic also..

you can get a huge number of templates for free. just choose some of them and put your contents and ads in them select the best one which blends with the color perfectly.

simple the template your required is search the google and write the your key word and see them many more template
download and past the edit template and your blog is convert new template
