Anyone got plugin call backupbuddy?? meant to backup database and plugins activated etc.

Thanks...has anyone tried this, Ive manged to install it but when i try to log into cloner the page cannot be displayed...I have followed everything to a tee.

Yes I did, it installed well I can see the cloned directory with all the files but when I lo into my domain/ cloner page can't be found I'm wondering if the license is the problem because the install still occurs without any license details
