Default Help Selling A Site Locally...

I have a site that brings in contractor leads. This is a business that
when I was active, grossed me $15k+ per month. I could have made
a ton more with follow up, but and it wasn't the direction I wanted to go.
EDIT: "We were working the leads and contacts, not selling them."

I want to try and sell it to a local construction contractor/company.

It's worth good money. I am 1-3 position for 6 keywords covering
huge markets: Los Angeles, San Diego and San Bernardino.

Someone with a contractors license could make a million++ per year
off this site, no b-sh*t. The estimates and contacts it bring in are
high dollar. TBH, the sky is the limit on potential if this site was in the
    right hands...

How can I market to local businesses to get this thing sold? I'm not
going to bother with flippa etc. I need to get this offer to the right
    people.

Any thoughts on how to market the sale of this site???

What do you think it would be worth???

I seen here was a good place to sell some stuff. Try it out and report back please.

But seriously, the offline marketing section is full of this type of stuff. Can't believe you made a thread about this.
