I dun know whay after the site was move3d from blog.techiezone to techiezone.in the PR dropped from PR 4 to PR 0 and now unable to gain the PR back. Plus I am busy in some other niche websites. So I wish to sell this one and invest the money in something else.

Please let me know what will be a decent price for it.

Just to let you know all traffic is organic and I get almost USD 30-35 from adsense and USD 5-8 from Infolinks.

Can a non-indian own a .in domain?

I would also like to know if an non-indian can own .in domains

Edit: Checked with http://www.registry.in/How%20to%20Register and it would appear that anyone may register a domain.

This site without any post for almost a year still get 180 to 200 uniques a day.
