I am new in Website Flipping.I got a expired domain with Page Rank 5.Can i use it for flipping.It is a expired domain so I don't have any idea about it.It recently expired and i want to buy that.

Then try to customize it by PLR and after 15 days i want to sell that.But i am confused because it is expired domain.

After flipping can i sell that Page Rank 5 website with 20$ (because its my first flipping).

The domain name is not good.Waiting for answer from website flipping Master.

Possible but make sure it's not a forged PR. If not, you could sell the site to someone with little knowledge about site due diligence...It will lose the ranking soon or later though...

Why don't you try to establish a nice website with nice graphics , a few unique articles that you update each day , a little SEO Optimization and since is PR5 you could advertise links on your website. Links on a PR5 website go for around 20$ per month. If you have 5 links on your website that will mean 100$ revenue per month and with a little SEO and traffic you may earn via other sources like CPA / AdSense / ClickBank. A website with 100$ revenue would go for around 1000$ ~ and won't take you too much time getting people to advertise on your website ( Tip : Use Marketing Forums ) .

On the other hand , if you want to get rid of the website now , you won't get to much money from it . It may be a gem if you know how to use it

Expired just means the owner decided not to renew and it is available to purchase. Buy it, put some content on it and sell it before it loses it's ranking.
