    Default Do AMs Really Give a S**t about Cloaking?

    Hey guys;
    Just looking to get started on cloaking some sites and I've read quite a bit about it here. I believe I understand how it works, and the huge benefits. My question, as the title states...Do they really get on to you for this? I mean.., as long as they're making their cash.., do they give a sh*t?

    The only thing I could really come up with from reading the forum is that big G will smack ya if they discover it.

    Would love some feedback from some experts, so I know how 'stealth' I need to be or what to expect from AMs.

    Thanks in advance!!

    they give a shit.

    if nothing converts you're banned because the advertiser cuts the lines and the cpa network will lose the money.

    I asked my AM about it and he wasn't fine with it.
    However, 2 days later, i showed him my site (cloaked aff link) and he said if i made it and i simply said no, it's an iframe. He said it was okay since the advertiser was fine with it.

    Thanks for the response Mondlicht;

    Soooo.....ok; what if you're very targeted? As long as you have conversions, the network is happy, the AM is happy......all is good?

    Yea, it's less of a deal with your manager, they love it secretly. They don't tell you they do because if a merchant gets pissed off then he will come after you and enough incidents of this he will pull his product which means CPA company loses money. It's a fine line to be walking my friend, but if you play your cards right you should be fine. Always try to mix a little white hat so they back off.

    Thanks for the response Paper-Boy;
    So...; maybe this differs from network to network, advertiser to advertiser...or even AM to AM..?
