Default iFraming on wordpress, how to do double meta?

So I've placed the iframe into a wordpress page no problem, but now I'm really not sure what to do. I think I get how to double meta refresh without iFraming with the meta1 and meta2 pages but no clue on how to do it with iFraming. There's gotta be some kinda extra code I have to place somewhere in wordpress? I'm completely lost. Or if there's another way to get the same result?

    Thanks for any help

you could maybe use referer.us and make one of their links to put in your iframe. they are pretty good and owned by a member here.
