Eh, thats hard to have all friends as ONE race. I doubt anyone has this at all.

Even if it was possible, or if the results provided to you were satisfying, $40 per account is way too low.

From all indians to 80%+ indians

I'm still not sure that's high enough. I could be wrong, but a normal account with 5,000 generic friends will run you $50. That is at least from my experience. Remember, I said generic friends, so that means anyone and everyone (not a targeted audience).

You are also asking that these be PVA accounts.
