About LinkBacksI do not recommend squeeze pages for content that is targeted towards users younger than 30 as they will look at it and thing it is an ad right away. So if you are using fb for your ppc do not use a squeeze page, if you are using google and the content is marketed towards those over 30 use a squeeze page.

Try to shoot for .05 to .10 per click and you should be fine!
