This is just a theory, but I have seen multiple people asking for high word count articles.
In my experience, 1000 words doesn't help any more than 300 words when it comes to articles; in fact, it hurts you.
If I reader is driven to your article because of KW density, and actually hits it, they don't want to read through 1000 words.
They would rather get the information short and sweet and click through the link.
I mean, if you are writing a 1000 word article and make it sound interesting, some people might read it, but some might not.
The percentage is higher for people to read a lower word count, no matter what how "good" the article is.
Let me know what you think, AGAIN, this is just a theory.
