Thread: Craigslist has recently added extra protection from flagging

i was getting flagged every day but now my adds are staying on

i know it was my competition that was flagging me on craigslist

because we would flagg each other mostly him flagging me but now for the first time in months my adds are not being flagged right away

i was curious so for a test i tried to flag him the way i had in the past and it seems true craigslist has recently added extra protection from flagging because i was no longer able to flag

i use to erase my cookies and index files and change my ip and that was all you had to do to flag down a add

but now things are different

can any one else verify this or tell me that i am wrong ?

or maybe craigslist has only stopped just me and just my competition from flagging each other

i used dial up and i was able to flag one of my own adds

i guess craigslist has blocked my modem or something else, idont know a lot about what else it could be but since i can flag using dial up but not my at&t modem it has to be something craigslist has changed to block it

i guess i will learn how to log into to proxies

will proxies let me get around this ?

you are exactly right. craig blocked your modem by serial number, go throw and get new.

it is about time i up graded to wifi anyways

flagging seems wrong sometimes maybe the wanting of more money has made me rotten i might not get another modem maybe i will just try to stop flagging all together

maybe i will try facebook or twitter and try selling other services or items

You're in dialog with someone who was banned from BHW(that should tell you something right there)

Might notice, too, that no one is responding to your post. (another clue, related to content (speculation, fact = same thing here)

(talking to yourself is another thing entirely [answering yourself? nuttiness grows exponentially])

well its not a spelling contest

and as far as answering my own questions

that is how i start my reseach

i post

and research on my own at the same time and then check back on my thread

sometimes another answers my question for me and sometimes i answer it

i believe threads should be used for future information incase anyone else has the same questions then the answer is their for them

I know your banned so you can't really respond, but how exactly does craig ban your serial number? Does he break into your house at night, flips over your modem while writing down the serial, runs back to his office, and bans it?
