Thread: All about backlinks

Great post buddy. Its really enlightening.

I have different view on one of the points mentioned above.
Spamming Cbox will not help more. When you add a link in a cbox, the back link will not be counted from the site which have cbox on it, it will be treated as a link from cbox website.
So instead of getting many links from many different sites, you will be getting links from a same site.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Anyways backlinks are always good.. so let them coming.

Awesome thread, you've given me a few things to do. Also is it just me or can't anyone access the free .edu blogs link?

I was wondering. I was having a little trouble too.

I remember a while back reading about some ebook that had a plan on how to get edu links easy. Does anyone know the name of that ebook?

digixmass.com has a software that will submit your site to over 1k directories. i'm sure how much weight those links carry in google but i dont think it can hurt you.

Digg is good, but I think if I post more than two urls in a day they mark it as spam and delete my account.

With del.icio.us alsi I burned my finger. I had joined and created bookmarks about 50+, exported them as opml, and then created another username and imported the opml I'd created. I found all bookmarks dumped under one tag. Next day my second account was deleted, bum! Any mashup workaround for this?

I've just read that google is actively seeking out sites using digitalpoint coop and penalizing them - so maybe avoid this one.
