Default Hosting with multiple Cclass IP - DIY - help

I would like to setup a network of selfhosted WP blogs. I want that blog would be hosted on separate C-class IPs, or at least on separeted IP on a couple of different C class IPs. I would like that all content and settings for blogs would be saved in one database for easier manipulating and backup.

I live in the small country which has very limited number of hosting companies. And none offers SEO hosting. So i would like to setup this on my own. Why? because this saves me on administration work as payments, network outagase, backups etc.

    1. Option.
Setup a VPS or dedi and setup whole network there. Is it possible to host different Cclass IPs on one server? I know it could be done, but how?

    2. Option
Setup one main WP farm, each blog on subdomain for instance. The real domains are hosted at hosting companies and they call for the blog (not just content, whole bloge) to the main WP farm. Is this possible through some htaccess trick?

I forgot to mention, that I would like to have local IPs, not US or UK...
    but IPs from my country.

So I need to know how rerouting is done?

Hmm, That may cost more then. Was going to suggest go check out some of your local hosting companies but as you said they dont do what you want. i would now suggest ask some hosting companys such as volumedrive and ask them if they do cclass IP's but from your country.

I just wanted to know, why would this matter? Could you fill me in because I am not really sure of the benefits. Thanks.

    Why local IPs?

I would use this blog network to link to my money sites. In google if you want to
be high in local results, you also need links that are near you in geotargeting terms.
