Are you looking for an VPS with Windows based Server on like Windows 2003/2008?
Or you mean something else!?

If you are asking if a Windows VPS that supports remote desktop exist, the answer is yes. They are great for your desktop applications that you want to run on another computer.
Others can complain all they want, and I hope i do not eat my words one day, but I have been very happy with the VPSII package at 1and1.com.
