Default Using smart phones to proxy IP for stealth accounts?

Looking for cheap ways to change my IP for multiple egay accounts. Anyone know if smart phones have dynamic IP addresses? Palm Pre in particular. If so what would be the easiest way to change the IP on it?

And while I'm at it I've heard AOL is good to use as a cheap proxy for stealthing egay. Can anyone else confirm this?

I think AOL starting to get blocked by Ebay, the only reliable solution is to get dial up.

I have looked into this exact thing on my iPhone. I would check my IP on one of those "what is my ip" sites with 3G on and wifi turned off. Then disable 3G, re-enable it and I would have a new IP every time.

iPhone indeed gives you a new IP when you play with the 3G connection.
About AOL being blocked by eGay, are you efffin kidding me? Blocking a nice chunk of US buyers? No way

Moto droid here, turn phone to flight mode turning off 3G, then back on. New IP. Further, I tether to my laptop for connection sometimes. Is it possible to have an automated function of sorts to turn 3G on and off to reset IP? Then again, are smartphone IPs blocked for certain sites, much like aircards?

I tried the tethering on my iPhone and it changed the IP for my whole computer activity, so if there was an app or some way to constantly disable and re-enable 3g it would be very effective.

If anyone doesn't know what tethering is, basically you hook up a jailbroken iPhone to your computer and you get Internet access through your phones connection. Very easy to set up if you have an iPhone.
