700 Million Worldwide Email list

I have a database of over 700 Million Email addresses. Separated into The US by states and Worldwide by country and region. It also has over 50 categories. I paid $1,000 for it. Does anyone think that was a good buy. So far running through verifier only about 2% invalid out of around 1M.

What do you mean? The verifier I use is the GRS robot

I downloaded that same list from scrapetorrent and saved $1,000.00

Guess I made out OK.... huh ????

Its great. When I got it it really didnt have everything I needed but I emailed the guy and he added on some stuff for extra Mulla. Great deal though. Also if anyone would be interested I would like to split the cost of the list with someone.

It would take about 3 months to do it right. Its probly going to be about 70-80 percent valid though. I check all mine against a spam trap list I got of about 1M also. I try to do everything as right as you can do with emailing 700 Million people
