    Default Interspire Importing Errors (HELP)

    All:

The import now works. I'm not sure what the solution was, maybe just time, but it is working today. Instead of importing from the /import/ folder, I imported from PC and it worked. I then tried it from the /import folder and it worked as well as the other installation did.

Thanks to everyone for helping. Maybe this thread will be a solution to someone elses problems later on.

Thats great it is working now! Just wish there was a reason why :yield:. One more thing to keep an eye on.

    Hey guys,

I registered here just to post this solution, in case anyone else has the same problem:

The solution lies on the file permissions on your server. In my case, we were running a PHP-install on a Windows-server. When we dragged the files into the /import-folder on the server, the file permissions got scrambled, reading "xxx". We had to manually change the permissions of each of the files we wanted to import into Interspire. Having done that, the import worked great.

So this is just a quick heads up, in case anyone else is having trouble importing email addresses into Interspire through the import-function.
