For me 1,2 & 6 work well but 2 seems to bring the most targetted traffic since I do manual submissions on high PR sites that not only match my niche but are also trusted/authority sites. The rest consists of everything else in spurs.

awesome. people consider blog comments as spamming. but you have to remember that spam comments and real comments. if you are serious about link building you have to remember that blog commenting is the easiest way to get back links.
