But i always prefer forum posting and blog commenting but comment should be quality and informative also.

yeah without any doubt these are really good. but while you create link wheel, remember that your foot prints shouldn't be kept in any of them. Google don't like them. :)

I can see that social bookmarking and social networking is missing. They are the best seo techniques when it comes to promoting your website and getting traffic.

Whatever techniques you followed, but keep your content unique and update it in a regular interval otherwise all your efforts will be worthless.
