I just let my site get indexed naturally which is better IMO. But you can try a pning services like seomatic.org. That works great for me as well.

it'll take ages to get 10k plus links indexed daily...i think i tried all pinging services out there, bulkpinging, linklicious...lindexed... etc... all they do is get your links crawled... with a very low indexing successrate

My opinion too is to use pinging services but since you are not satisfied with it i suggest you let your site get indexed naturally.

I use backlinksindexer and I see great results with it.

The only problem with it is you only get a fraction of the links that linklicious and similar companies give you. Their top package only gives you 500 links per day and its $100.

Its more expensive but is works.

If you don't have the money to spend then try doing it manually. Tips that help getting indexed are having unique content, add content regularly, and you can ask the Search engines to crawl your site, this might help. Below is for google.

If you've just added a URL to your site, or a page has significantly changed since the last time it was crawled, you can ask Google to crawl it. (Google doesn't guarantee that we'll index every URL we crawl, however.)

    1. On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click the site you want.
    2. On the Dashboard, under Diagnostics, click Fetch as Googlebot.
    3. In the text box, type the path to the page you want to check.
    4. In the dropdown list, select Web. (You can select another type of page, but currently we only accept submissions for our Web Search index.)
    5. Click Fetch. Google will fetch the URL you requested. It may take up to 10 or 15 minutes for Fetch status to be updated.
    6. Once you see a Fetch status of "Successful", click Submit to Index, and then click one of the following:
    * To submit the individual URL to Google's index, select URL and click Submit. You can submit up to 50 URLs a week in this way.
    * To submit the URL and all pages linked from it, click URL and all linked pages. You can submit up to 10 of these requests a month.
