Blend the ads properly as it looks like a part of your content rather than a particular ad. Blend it according to the theme and background color of your site. Try to use such words which indirectly indicating to click on your ads to get further info about that article.

Not that I am aware of but like said you blend your ads within your content and them. Try fooling with font color and what not. Also the ctr theme is pretty good for adsense imo. Its better to play it safe with google.

CTR theme like mentioned is pretty good. For WP, I use easy adsense plugins to contents in between my post.

before writing anything you have to at least check what you are writing :)
don't just make a thread.
only color blending is a good way which is authentical and also effective to get some fake clicks.

I wouldn't use the word cheat visitors to click ads. Coz that's illegal. You might want to optimize your ads to maximize your chances. I have some good materials for you to look at.

sorry if this is unrelated,but I couldn't think of any other ways of cheating visitors to click on ads other than using a Clickjacking method. There are few scripts available in the internet if you search in google. However i will only use it for affiliate sales ads like clickbank and amazon, won't try it for adsense or any other ppc ads..
