Hi friends,
right now i m trying to understand how sellers like How to buy YouTube views? :: YouTube Video Promotion, Marketing, Channel Views, Ratings are generating the video views they are selling. Can someone help me to understand how services like this are working?

most probably through sites like viewet.com , enhanceviews.net, vagex.com

I guess they are just using a SEO software to increase no. of views in of youtube video and selling them.

Buddy whenever any one view that video then view is counted and thus they generate view normally, However, some may made huge number of views by using any other means, I mean using some software or by manually by the help of some other people or himself.
