    Great job!

Although, you might want to make it less "boxy" looking. Sorry I'm not good enough with programming to help you fix that yet.

Okay I do this stuff for a living
and you asked for it so here goes:
1.) site breaks in IE6 (yes, IE6 sucks but websites it should render properly in IE6)

2.) Lose those top 2 boxes! The top content should be re purposed.
(maybe put them in the content elsewhere)

Because of the top 2 boxes, all your content is pushed down too far.
Those two boxes are eating up too much of the screen real estate. IMHO

As far as the IE thing goes - you may want to look into using a "strict"
doctype and using a class called clear on your css.
    .clear {clear:both;}

Something is not being properly cleared.

Or take the lazy way and get a template that you know for a fact
is rock solid in all browsers...and alter the shit out of it until its yours.

That is what I used to do when I was learning CSS.

Hope you found this info helpful.

    Keep at it!

    Peace,
    O

i got to say if this really is your first website and you hand coded it i give you props man good job. Like OB said somethings need to be worked on. 1 thing that sticks out to me in you should have an adsense at the top of your site right below the image header. But like i said if this is your very first site and you hand coded it iam impressed

    Hi kaidoristm,

you can try viewing the interface of your site on different browsers.

    Try :

    Code:
    browsershots.org
Enter your web address and click "Make Screenshots." After 10-45 minutes (depending on current loads) you'll get screenshots of your site as displayed on a variety of different Windows/Mac/Linux browsers. The interface can be confusing at first, but it is a great free service.

I would increase the size of your article titles.
