    Using the google toolbar, some sites will have an 'h' next to PR. What does this mean?

    the "h" stands for holyshit. it shows when you killed 10 enemy heros in a row.

    Likewise OP, a quick google search revealed it is when google fails to retrieve the PR of the specific page, so it is displaying the host PR.
