I want to know what is the best way to get pr for a new blog. what I should do to get some good pr like pr3 or pr4 .

To gain pagerank you need backlinks from other sites with pagerank. There are some pagerank homelink networks around that you pay for backlinks from the homepages on their network. You can also manually build the backlinks from websites with high pagerank.

Always remember though, pagerank does not make you money. Traffic makes you money. I see far to many people worried about the pagerank of their websites when they should be much more worried about other things.

You can do it yourself or just go to fiverr and hire 2-3 people to do this for you few times and you should be good.

According to my point of view, the most beneficial thing is to Start building links in blogs and forums. Try to do 10 to 20 links regularly everyday and as the site matures your page rank will increase.
