has anyone tested using both hostgator and CJ's hostgator affiliate?

im trying to decide if i should use hostgators link or CJ's link... and i was hoping someone would share any stories they have about using CJ.

ive heard that hostgator doesnt always pay for your leads (possibly for good reason). but i havent heard anything about how well CJ pays out. Any info would be appreciated.
