Hey B-Hatters:
About a month ago, I posted a share in the Member's Download Section called "Desperate Niche Dollars". You can get a copy here:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/member-downloads/110251-get-wso-desperate-dollars-niches-60-insanely-profitable-niches.html
What the author of the book did was to find 60 niches. He did some minor keyword research. Then he found some matching affilate products and included his keyword findings and links to the affiliate network signup pages for the products in the set of PDF's that he offered.
The author's product was okay, but what was especially cool is that it sparked an "Aha!" idea in me.
If you are good with basic product/keyword research, you can easily do what the author did, and even OUTDO the author by giving more keywords per niche (Use SENuke for keyword research and use their simple "This one is easy to rank for", "This one is not the easiest to rank for, but doable ", "This one is Super easy to rank for") type of comments next to your longtail keyword findings. Of course, you can use the Google Keyword Tool if you don't have SENuke, as long as you know keyword research.
In addition to finding and including the hot product niches and keywords, you can also include some basic techniques on how to use Social Media authority sites, etc to get backlinks and get to the 1st page of Google with their offer. Maybe even offer a Camtasia video or two which would show how to do it.
You could create a series of these "Instant Hot Niches" products created sort of like Angela Edwards Backlink Packs and Pauls Backlink packs. The only difference is that you would be offering Hot Niches Packs instead of Backlinks Packs. Sell them to a limited amount of buyers to avoid saturation (this also creates "scarcity", which is a great selling technique, as we all know).
Internet Marketers are people, and people like things that make it easier for them to do certain things.
I think this could be a winner if it is done well, and if you provide great content and easy to follow instructions, there should be no reason that it wouldn't work.
And the cool thing is that you could do this over and over (like Angela and Paul).
Well, that's my idea. I invite your input on this and maybe you can offer some enhancements to this method.
Cheers! - "Wiz"
