Nevarc, what do you mean you only get paid on 50? You need a minimum of 50 signups for the payout? Besides the $25, has anyone gotten a payout on the referrals? If so, how long did it take? This seems short term to me as it does seem way too easy. What do you guys think??

The site has a crisp interface but it doesn't actually work very well. I had to put the same information in 3 times in order to get it to accept it. I still don't believe they'll let me have the $25. More later.

I've already signed up and accepted my funds with an account balance of $25. I didn't encounter any problems with the site or any form validating my info. This seems to be the real deal, bank backed and FDIC insured. Add a reputable owner, Steve Case, and it seems someone actually wants to take a piece of paypal's pie. Time will tell... but for now it seems like some easy money.
