It's difficult to get in without a referral. I paid $100 for one about a year ago. Also your minimum deposit is 1k, AND trafficvance has some of the most competitive bidding on the PPV market.
It can certainly be powerful...but make sure you already got your plans in order first.

Hey I got some one made a thread that he got account approved without any refferal. I think you should try to get without refferels, may be you can get it too.
