You could learn HTML that way but it would be rather difficult as you won't know the basis of HTML and how it needs to be set out in order to avoid errors.
I would suggest you learn the basics of HTML first then you will have an easier time of understanding source code of other websites.
W3Schools Online Web Tutorials is a great place to help you on your way.

you can learn it but in future you will get problems.
Use w3 schools and google to explore your skills.
