I manage a membership website that I create bots for my users so I always have work that needs to be done. That's why I say u can either work fulltime (40hrs/week) or per project) and I need a programmer or multiple programmers bc of the fulltime work I have. I will keep everyone updated here to let you if I need more than one after I start talking to you all.

I came here bc I'm sick of trying to find programmers from freelance type sites as I've tried them all and none can create the bots I need built, the reason is bc the bots I need are complex. You must be experienced bc I'm sick of my time being wasted by wanna be programmers bc of this you will need to show proof you know how to build bots before I give you any details. I don't mean to be a dick but I don't want noobs for programmers, I offer bonuses (and increase of pay if u choose the fulltime work) if you complete the bots ontime or before and go above the call of duty. We all want to be paid and paid well, as long as I get what I ask...so WILL you!!

No disrespect intended, but in this world you get what you pay for. There's nothing in your post that would induce me to want to work for you. You make it sound as if you will be doing me a favor by giving me some cash if I 'go the extra mile' and make you some lovely bots that will be a cash cow for you.

I'm a developer, can code in various languages. I'm not a 'self-taught' wannabe progger, I spent years at University getting a degree (software engineering) and then doing a masters degree, and incurred huge debts in the process.

I'm the guy with the expertise - all you appear to be bringing to the table is cash. If you are a developer yourself, which you don't really indicate, then you should understand these very points.

If you ever wanted me to do some work for you buddy, you better use some language that would make me want to get off my @rse to help you out, because implying that you would be doing me a huge favor by giving me some cash in return just won't cut the mustard with me or any other self respecting developer.

You will have problems with this. A good bot complex, multi-thread must do its developer, if properly advertising something between $ 500 - $ 2000 per day. It is obviously going to be hard for you to match the type of payment. This is usually hire programmers are "noobs" or not all that advanced in its architecture.
