Which Language?

Hi friends,

I an student of engineering field.I am just confuse about the language selection for web designing programming.Please suggest me that which language should i choose??

I have two options in my mind,and they are "Java or .Net"....
Which should i select??If you have any other better option then please suggest it too.

if you have to do something about composite Fluid then go for C++ and Fortran.

Actually it depends on the types or keywords of your site. If you want to design for your local subjects, choose home language. Other wise you should choose English as your site language.

Well, Zihad is asking for web designing language but so far I know that C++ and Fortran are core languages. That means whenever you write a code and run that code it runs with DOS mode.

Now lets get to the point.....
For webpage designing PHP is the best language if you want to build a dynamic webpage. But I wanna strongly support you to use ASP.net cause it supports basic C++ and C# codes and as you are an Engineering student you have the knowledge of C++.

I guess now it will be easier to choose the right language for you.

PHP is good for validation databases and Web sites of all joints need to learn to program in HTML with PHP and if you get into what helps them learn css "style sheets" and, or JavaScript. HTML is the main language used by Web designers as a basis for websites anything that improves the site.

Basically, it depends on you whatever you want to do in your web designing.

If you want to do simply design the websites without security , you can opt for php.

If you want to do y design the websites with security , you should opt like java or .net languages.

You can use flash, Photoshop with html for designing the websites.
