I have a huge project requiring:
-Streaming Flash
-PHP
-Web 2.0
-Mysql
This site Is a big project and will require different levels of access for different parts of the site, need to accept domain names pointing in to different pages, blogs. needs to work with adobe flash media encoder and red 5.
And more..

I need to trust a company to build this for me.. and be excellent work and competitively priced..

elance would be the best. Any other frelancing site will just get you a bunch of spammers who bid on 100 projects at the same time and deliver crap

Thanks, I will look into them ive used scriptlance in the past but im scared that my idea would get leaked so im trying to find a few companies to talk to directly..

I heard good things about oDesk.

GAF is actually pretty good if you stick to the peeps that have a lot of projects and good reputation. The only issue with something too big is they do not have the time to actually finish it because its more than a 1 person job.

I program web applications and use multiple languages with no problem. If you PM< me with the details of the project, maybe I can help you out and will run you a fair price, with a locked deadline for roi with the script completion.

I would love the idea that this could be handled by one person however the ammount of work involved it will require a team.. im looking at trying to get it punched out in a 2 - 3 month window..

Another vote for elance here. Have done a few projects through elance. Lots of great programmers/companies and the nature of the site keeps things competitively priced.
