Thread: My proposal...programmer looking for ideas and possibly a partner?

Hello all,

I have been reading the forums for the past week or so and lurking around for about the past month. I've tried a few tools here and there. I used some tools I found on here to automatically submit my new site to various sites and got indexed by google in about 24 hours. I have a decent amount of backlinks and such.

I want to succeed, and I want to make money off of the internet. I am not sure if this is completely correct, but I think its going to be very hard to play catch-up with people who have as much experience as they do here.

I have been a PHP programmer for the past 5 years, and have noticed that several tools I have been using have been programmed with PHP, perl, or something similar. What I am looking for is some form of guidance, a tutor of some sort. I am sure that not every seo/online marketer on this site is experienced in programming, but that is where I come in. I want to work with someone, someone who has ideas that you are maybe not able to implement because of your lack of knowledge when it comes to coding applications or whatever it may be. I would work with you and let you use the program I code; however, I just need some ideas, some insider information to how this game all works.

I have sat here and thought and thought about maybe just reading the forums for the next 6 months and maybe I will get the hang of it. That isn't what I want to do though, I would like to jump in and get my feet very wet. Although, I want to do this with proper guidance. Nobody who can't swim is going to jump into an ocean and hope they learn how to swim before they are swallowed up.

So, if anyone would like to take me up on this offer, some knowledge of how this whole thing works in exchange for programming a tool or so you would like that would be excellent!

ive gotten several people aiming me looking for a programmer. I know there is a demand for that on this forum

Have you thought of creating wordpress templates? I know you can take the basic code, and redesign them. I see a lot of PHP with them.

I recently picked up a PHP beginners book and my head started to spin off my neck.

I would be interested in unique wordpress template.

What niche are you promoting?

Is this something you'd be interested in starting your own brand/business with?

I better jump on this, I've been looking for a way to give my best ideas away to a total stranger with 14 posts. Shit...do you need me to bend over or anything? Will you use lube or at least spit on it? What's your policy on reach-arounds? Is that considered a common courtesy even if I'm not dying?

Would you want to outline some of the work that you've done in the past? For example, some of the scripts that you have written (blackhat or white).

Alternatively, you might read some of the posts and see where there might be a need (or a market ) and write a script for that, and offer it here for the members for free? This will help showcase your work a lil more and people can get more comfy with working with you
