You can find lists posted here and other places. Run them through a tool to check them out. No one is really going to give you fresh proxies free though and the ones that are shared are normally used up.

For getting fresh proxy you need to cost buddy, Just think why any one will serve you fresh proxy for free, that's all about business. However Proxy for sale see the thread, I am looking for buying them too; you may get here in cheep.

hidemyass.com has a good collection of free proxies. You can also subscribe to them (one time fee) and have a big list mailed to you for life.
