But if we get backlinks from Blackhat forum signature then what will be that - Blackhat or whitehat?

black hats are fast and quick and with more spontaneous control but if search engines find you, using them, they will penalize you.
white hat is for much longer. I think one should use black hat only if necessary and if you have to use black hat, only use it in limits and also for a little time to get results and then move to white hat as soon as possible. some call this process grey ha
