Is there any software that count the visitors. Actually i want to see how many traffic of a site.

You can add hit counter to your site for counting. But it will count a visit even if you re-load the page you are staying now.

Now if you want to see how many visitors you are getting to your site then I suggest you to use Google Webmaster tools.

Have you checked the Google Webmaster tool and Google analytics? and also try Motigo.its an awesome site to give you good results.
