ES5.com Networking Problems

Attn: Blackhat Marketers !

Just a small note to apologize for the down time. We had a broken router causing part of our network to all be down for about 3 hours. Unlike replacing a server or network switch, routers often take a bit more time to repair.

Nevertheless, 3 hours away from es5 must have been hell - so welcome back and as usual, we wish you a continued superior online experience.

Our solution was temporary over the night - as we're expecting a new Cisco router to be delivered in the morning. So if we're up and down like a yo-yo, don't take it personally - as it just means we're working on things.

As you all know, we're very rarely down, and as you can see, we're posting here on the forum board which demonstrates that whenever we have the chance - we publish to ensure you guys we didn't just disappear.

But again, I understand the frustrations - especially to those of both clients and ES5 activists - so I offer my deepest apologies for the up-and-down yo-yo type treatment.
